Customer portal updates
- When the customer puts in a request to edit any of the cards on a ticket, and that request is accepted or denied, they will receive a message, an email, and the work order will be marked as the following:

Email notification:- When a customer requests a change, the dispatcher will receive a message on the work order. For example, that message will state the following: "The customer has requested changes to the Schedule"
- When a customer receives a new message, they will have a visual cue that a specific ticket has a new message
- The Analytics tab is hidden for now since it didn’t display any information
- Fixed the advanced search that wasn’t working properly on the customer’s Job Tracker
- Removed unnecessary hide/show option (eye icon) from the customer’s portal since they get to have the Customer Description be always visible

Customer Workflow Notes
- When creating/editing a customer, the dispatcher will see following checkbox to control Workflow notes visibility to customers. The default will allow the customer to see Workflow comments
- Added the eye icon for each stage popup window. This is to give us the option to not share certain internal workflow comments with customers. The default will have all comments shared with the customer, unless the eye icon is checked
Location codes
- We have added a location code field for each location under Projects and Customer Locations. It will be a short alphanumeric code (maximum 10 characters). This will help organize and reduce repetitive locations that have the same address but different names
Mobile View
- We can now click on workflow stages and the scroll bar has been re-positioned to be below the workflow boxes. The width of the boxes has been adjusted so they don’t cut off the stage acronyms
- Added 2 columns from Source Tracker as an option in Job Tracker settings.
Dispatchers should see the Requests and Messages column in Job Tracker now

Custom Fields UI
- There has been improvements to custom fields and their different permissions for different users (ADMIN, DISPATCHER, CUSTOMER_USER, VENDOR, TECHNICIAN, etc)
Fixed Bugs
Invoice Tab in Customer Portal
- Customer settings will now have a setting to show/hide the Invoice tab as a whole and to show/hide vendor timecard. The different cards within the invoice tab will not have the show/hide option (eye icon) on each card since these will either be shown/hidden all together and the summary for each card will be displayed at the bottom
- Technician tasks were getting duplicated when bulk-importing orders
- Project descriptions, SOW, etc will now allow longer texts (more than 500 characters)
