- Customer portal updates
- When the customer puts in a request to edit any of the cards on a ticket, and that request is denied, they will receive a message, an email, and the work order will be marked as the following:
- They will see the reason for the denied request when hovering over the "X" mark
- They will receive a message with the reason for the denied request
- They will receive an email with the reason for the denied request
- In the Customer Portal (only), the text under "Work Order Description" has been modified from "Description From Customer" to "Description"
- When the dispatcher approves or denies a customer’s requested change, the dispatcher will no longer receive an email regarding that change. Only the customer will receive that email notification
- Customers will be able to submit feedback regarding their experience with assigned technicians using a 5-star rating system and a comments box. Admins/dispatchers will be able to see and edit that section. That card will appear under “Vendor Details”
- Admins/dispatchers will now be able to mark a work order with “Tech is now show” or/and “Tech is Late” when needed. Customers will not be able to see that section of the card. The dev team is working on automating “Tech is Late” when a technician is 10 or more minutes late for their check-in time. These two will also appear as columns in Job Tracker with Yes or No as well as on csv files when orders are exported for reporting purposes
Job Tracker
CSV export
- The Invoice Tab will now either be shared or hidden from the customer entirely (except for the Vendor Time Logs as that card will have its own eye icon to share/hide), and not for each card under that tab. The invoice tab will have a main eye icon to share/hide most of the details under the Invoice tab from the customer at the bottom
Admins will need to enable these features within the customer’s settings
When the invoice isn’t shared with the customer, they will see the following message under that tab: “Notice: This invoice is a preview. This invoice has not yet been finalized and is subject to change.”› -
Message notifications will now appear for vendors, dispatchers, and customers in the Messages tab and Job Tracker
-
Customer Work Order Number (CWO#) can now be searched in the main/global search bar so that even closed orders can appear in search results
Customer Workflow Notes: The default will allow the customer to see Workflow comments unless the dispatcher clicked on the eye icon to hide specific notes -
Location codes
The Location Code field has a limit of 10 characters. When it's over 10 characters, there will be an error message displayed to let the admin/dispatcher know the reason for the error - Scroll of Timeline in History tab will now default to the bottom/most recent update
-
Time zones will now be displayed in different areas on the work order to reduce confusion and time mix-ups. The time zone will be fixed on top even when scrolling down in workflow, messages, or history. Time zones will appear in the following sections:
- Workflow
- Messages
- History
- Vendor Time Logs
- Customer Billing Card
The time zones will appear in the following way:
-
Order Locations have a few updates:
- We’ve had locations that are linked to our customers, but we have different locations under every account within that customer. What is called "Account" is really a "Location Group" rather than an actual customer account. We can now see ALL locations regardless of "Account," and will have 2 filters (Project and Location Group) and renamed the dropdown menu for "Account" to "Location Group"
- Added an "Order Category" field on work orders as shown in the screenshot below so dispatchers can select from a dropdown menu. As an example: Break-Fix, Install, etc
- Added a column to the Locations table and named it "Location Code". The dev team is working on adding more details to this feature that will be released next sprint. Details to come!
- Renamed “+More” to “+Advanced”
- Added "Order Category" and "Location Group" as search filters under “+Advanced” as well as under Job Tracker Settings (wheel icon) and added subheadings: Columns and Filters
- Renamed "Start Date" and "End Date" to "Date Range." By clicking on the carrot icon/down arrow, we will see the date range box
