- Customer portal updates
- The customer will be able to edit different fields on the work order. These edits will not be finalized until it passes through a dispatcher's final approval.
Here the steps for how this will work:
- Customer Edits a detail on a work order
Note: In the SLA section, the edit button will only be available when the SLA type id has been selected - Dispatcher will receive an email about this order and will be able to accept or reject requested changes
- If the dispatcher accepts the requested changes, then the changes will appear on the work order for both dispatcher and customer. The customer will receive an email about that.
If the dispatcher rejects requested changes, the customer will not receive an email, so it will be important to communicate with the customer via messages/email
- Customers will be able to save and load job tracker layouts
- Customers will be able to filter job tracker by project and date
- Customer and Vendor Portals now have a workflow tab with limited comments below that workflow (for now)
- When setting up a new customer, we’ve added customer settings for visibility (documents & deliverables, order closeout notes, billing timecard, expenses, travel expenses, service fees, invoice, and tech tasks by category)
- Tech Tasks will load on new work orders after being added on templates
- When creating a template, we added some basic tech tasks (for CPT customer) and made sure the customer has permission to see them

- Ability to search using the location name or location number
- When copying an order, the new order will not copy any of the filled out custom fields
- Unpin orders: Now dispatchers can unpin their names from all or several orders at once. This unpinning feature can be done without selecting any orders. It will prompt you to choose one or multiple user(s) to unpin from any order that they are already pinned on
- We can now see notes that are posted by FN techs under each file in Deliverables on Tekumo
- An important thing to keep in mind, and without going into too many tech posts on different deliverables with Tekumo, so it’s important tob“Force Re-sync with FN” to see all tech notes on all deliverables
