“Customer Due Date” and “Customer Arrival Date” – Added two new customerspecific due dates so that the customers don’t change our SLA or Arrival dates. Both fields are optional and will be blank until the customer manually enters a value there
Note: Our Arrival Date & Time will be hidden in the customer order input. Once the order is created, they'll see our Arrival Date & Time on the work order but cannot modify it.- Customers can edit either field after order creation but will require admin review and approval (animated yellow edit button). Those dates cannot be modified by our team
- Customers can edit either field after order creation but will require admin review and approval (animated yellow edit button). Those dates cannot be modified by our team

Number” columns to the customers' Job Tracker layout
Note: If the customer has permissions to view these fields, they will appear on their Job Trackers. If they don’t, the associated columns will not appear on their job trackers
These settings can be changed under Customers’ settings page: - “Closeout Notes” can be visible to customers. Once this permission is turned on in customer settings, they will be able to see “Closing Notes” under Tech Tasks
When customer has permission to see tech’s notes under the “Closeout Notes” task:
When customer does NOT have permission to see tech’s notes under the “Closeout Notes” task: - TekCloud

Before
After
- Max Pay Rate(s) Card: Removed the line under “Customer Billing Rate”
- Adding shipment details on Tek will now sync to the WM order
- Fixed an issue where travel from WM was not syncing with TekCloud. When a technician makes a counteroffer from Field Nation, there is an option to add travel expenses. BUT, when a technician makes a counteroffer from Work market, there is an option to add “Additional Expenses.” In the TekCloud counteroffer list table, the dev team has added an “Additional Expenses” column
- If the counteroffer is from Work Market and it has additional expenses, then the additional expenses will show in the “Additional Expenses” column, and the “Travel” column will show 0
- If the counteroffer is from the Field Nation and has travel expenses, then the travel expenses will show in the “Travel” column, and the “Additional
Expenses” column will show 0
- If the counteroffer is from Work Market and it has additional expenses, then the additional expenses will show in the “Additional Expenses” column, and the “Travel” column will show 0
- Billing: Exception vs Standard o Removed the "None" option from the Exceptions/flag popup window
Bugs
- Fixed UI for Order Delay Reasons so the wording is “Delay Reason –
Delay(minutes)” as shown below - Fixed attachments not uploading on TEK Messages
- Fixed an issue when editing a project on the test site, it will no longer changes the name from "Demo Project" to "Project 69"
- Fixed an issue with daily sync where it was reverting rescheduled WM dates to original dates
- There was a reported bug regarding messages sent from our Tekumo team were being displayed as being sent/received by a Work Market Technician. The reason is that when we fetch messages from Work Market to TEK, we don't get the information of the sender of these messages, and that’s why it shows as the message coming from "Work Market Technician".
The fix for that is to send messages FROM Tek to WM techs to avoid this issue in the future. - PO Numbers are now populating from the template to the order. That means when a customer creates an order from a template, the PO number is carrying over and it’s also not an editable field
- Fixed “Project” bugs
- When specifying "Technician Requirements" in the input view, the output view is no longer deleting them
- When the user is on the "Details" tab and they click on "Edit Project," the user will remain on the "Details" page. When the user is on the "Overview" tab and they click on "Edit Project," they will remain on the "Overview" tab
- When specifying "Technician Requirements" in the input view, the output view is no longer deleting them
- Fixed an error message received when changing order pay rate from Tek to WM when the WM order is in the “Sent” stage
- Fixed an issue where our DirecTech client couldn’t publish orders
- Fixed an issue where messages that are sent to TEK customers aren't showing as being sent to customers
