Done

  • Customer Portal - Show "Site Completed"

  • Re-worded the email body for Provider's Closing Notes
    Before                                                                          After
  • Customer Due Dates – When customers are creating a ticket, they can fill out their own due dates on these orders. The purpose of this is that so that customers don't change the automated due dates that are managed by Tekumo dispatchers. The dispatchers will be able to see that field from their end. This field will not be a mandatory field

Note: This Due Date will be re-named to “Customer Due Date”
    • Changes to “Order Closing Notes”
    • Made "Order Closing Notes" visible to clients by default
    • "Vendor Closing Notes" and "Order Closing Notes" have become "Closing
      Notes"
    •  When "Closing Notes" is blank or the notes are hidden, we will still show customers the heading for that card
      Admin Portal                                                  Client Portal
    • Added a new "Tech Ray Rates" card under Billing Rates
    • Order Pay Rate (Edit Card) – We now have an edit button for the whole “Order Pay Rate(s)” card so that they can be all updated at the same time rather than clicking on the edit button for each marketplace
  • TekCloud Redesign (V1): There has been some big changes to this sourcing feature. This is the first version and the development team plans on adding more features and automation to streamline the sourcing process. Here are some of the main new features:
    • Added the “Order Pay Rates” and “Max Pay Rate(s)” cards under “Publishing” section. The “Order Pay Rates” card to the left is where the pay rates can be updated at once by clicking on the main edit button. That will also update the associated marketplaces. The “Max Pay Rate(s)” card to the right is where a dispatcher can have information regarding max pay rates, which will be helpful during sourcing
    • The “Billing Notes” section below it is where a Project Manager can leave important information regarding pay, such as exceptions. i.e. If the max pay rate was $75/hr for up to 2 hours max ($150 total), and an exception could be $200 total max. This would inform the dispatcher to consider counter offers that are above the listed max
    • The “Pricing/SLA Information” is not active yet. This data will be imported from our Metabase reports. This tells us the avg tech price, number of orders, and SLA performance percentage for this SLA bucket. i.e. This would inform us that accepting an offer above the max of $75 would not adversely affect our avg AND could improve our SLA performance to be above 90%
    • Added an overview section where we can see total number of routes (RT), requests (RQ), and counter offers (CO) from each marketplace
    •  Clicking on any of the colored circles or the name of the marketplace will open a popup window with the associated marketplace
    • Added a table that groups sourcing activities by type (Requests, Counters, Routes, and Rejections)
      • Each type will have response buttons (Accept, Reject, Message, and Unroute). The “Message” button opens a popup window to the messages page for each associated marketplace
      • Clicking on the tech’s name open a popup window to the details page of the technician on the associated marketplace
    •  Notes, Auto Dispatch Rules, and Auto Message Rules
      • Under the “Notes” section, there will be the “Internal Notes” and “Internal Tasks” cards. Any notes or tasks entered there, they will sync to the same sections under “Orders Details”
      • At the bottom of the page, there will be the associated “Auto Dispatch Rules” that were used for this order. This is a view only card. The “Auto Message Rules” is a future feature that will be developed in the future. This will be used for auto messaging with technicians (i.e. auto follow-ups and reminders)
