MESSAGE IMPROVEMENTS
Messages can now be marked read or unread manually by ANY user
o Keep in mind that messages will no longer be marked as “read” automatically
o Messages can be marked read/unread by clicking on the message icon shown below
Added multi-selection checkboxes to the left of each message. When multiple messages are selected, the dispatcher can choose from the 2 dropdown menus:
o Users can select multiple messages at once to mark read/unread
o Users can select multiple messages at once to share with or hide from customers
Moved the eye icon (share/hide) to the left of messages so that it is more easily utilized
For our INTERNAL messages, the following has been implemented:
o The read/unread icon will be disabled (greyed out) as there is no purpose in marking our own internal messages as “read/unread” since we sent them
o The share/hide and read/unread icons will be disabled when our internal team sends a message to the customer as this is already considered shared and read
The arrow icon shown below only appears next to messages when the work order is assigned to either a FN or WM vendor and serves as a reply button
o For example, if a customer sends a message on the work order, clicking this icon will set the "Send To "option to "Send to Internal Team and Customer on Tekumo"
BILL TRACKER & JOB TRACKER
Moved the layout dropdowns to the left of BOTH the Bill Tracker and Job Tracker for better UI
o Bill Tracker
o Job Tracker
Renamed the layout dropdown on Bill Tracker to “Select bill tracker layout”
SLA CODE & BILLING RATE (ADMIN APPROVALS)
After an SLA Code or Billing Rate has been approved, there will be a green checkmark that, when hovering over it, will show the approver’s name and time of approval. When it has been rejected, there will be a red “x” mark with the same note when hovering over it
Note: The dev team is working on applying this same logic to billing rates as hovering over this icon doesn’t show the user’s name and date/time
When an SLA code or billing rate is created or edited, a red dot will appear on the tab of the associated SLA code/billing rate
When clicking on the SLA Code/Customer Billing Rates page under the admin menu, the user will also see the red dot next to the customer’s name
BILLING PARENT & CHILD ORDERS
If a child order has "Bill Individually" turned ON, then the (B) step should be have independently from the parent order
If the child order is billed together with the parent order ("Bill Individually" is unchecked/turned OFF), then when the (B) step turns green for the parent order (which turns the (I) yellow for this order), it will also turn (B) grey for the active child order
o Note: When the parent's (I) turns to green, the child order will change to grey
Parent Order Child Order
o Note: We can't turn the child's (B) green because that will automatically turn the (I) of the child to yellow (ready for invoicing), which is incorrect behavior
After the parent’s (I) step turns green, the child’s (I) turns grey:
Parent Order Child Order
DEVICES & BILLING RATES
Renamed Devices under "Time Logs" card to "Devices/Units"
Under the “Billing Rate” settings page, we added the following options:
o “Device Count Source” > “Custom Field” or “Time Log”
§ For “Custom Field”, the user will have to choose the custom field
§ For “Time Log”, the user will choose: Sum, Maximum, or Minimum
o If "Custom Field" is selected, the user will see a dropdown menu of all custom fields. The user must choose a “number” custom field and not a “text” or any other type of custom field
§ When a custom field is selected such as"# of New Assets," then that custom field will feed into the "Devices/units" column under the "Time Logs" card and under the Invoice tab
o If “Time Log” is selected, the user will see a dropdown menu of the following options:
§ SUM
§ MAX
§ MIN
In the example below, we have 2 check ins and 3 devices:
§ Choosing SUM would tell our system to count the total number of devices (3 total devices) from all of the time logs
§ Choosing MAX would tell our system to only use the maximum number (2 devices) of devices from all of the time logs
§ Choosing MIN would tell our system to only use the minimum number (1 device) of devices from all the time logs
o Added under “Calculation Components” an option for “Device/Unit” that must be checked in order for the above points to work properly (if the rate is blended for labor + devices, then make sure to check both boxes)
The “Invoice” tab will then process this device information where the Invoice card at the bottom will show the associated Device/Unit Fee and no Trip/Labor fees, unless the Billing Rate has blended (labor & device) rules set up
TECH PROFILE
Added a "Zip Code" column under the list of "Technicians”
Added 2 icons next to “Technician Details” to show when the tech is active (green) or inactive (red), and the other icon will show the tech’s internal marketplace access (green/red)
Added ability to attach a tech's photo
Add two fields to list the tech’s business information
Combined all ratings under the “Rating” card and moved that to be higher on this page
Removed the “Marketplace Details” card and utilized the “Vendor” card for all relevant information
o Added ability to add MULTIPLE VENDORS at once!
o A default vendor can be selected
Added a “Pay Rate” card
Added a few types of jobs under the “Jobs” card
o Note: FN and WM jobs will be manually entered for now
Added a “Skill Sets” card where a Type of Work and Service Type can be selected
Added “Device Types” card
Added an “SLA Availability” card to show tech’s overall availability
Improved overall UI of that page
Added a new “Pools” tab
o Under the “Pools” tab, we have 3 main cards
§ Type of Work: Shows type of work, Tekumo pool name (the Tech Pools master list can be managed under Admin >Technician Pools), and FN/WM pool name(s)
§ Radius: Shows radius in miles from tech’s zip code
§ Assignments: Can select customer, project, device, and whether tech is primary, secondary, or preferred tech for that device
o The master list of Tech Pools is managed under the “Admin” menu where the user can create an internal Tekumo pool OR create one and associate it with an existing FN/WM pool
o The tech will appear under the Device’s “Technicians” table (this is a new card under the Device Profile)
Tech Profile:

Device Profile:

Customer Profile:
o The “Assignments” card where we select the customer on that table will also show that tech under the Customer profile> “Technicians” (tab)
Bugs
§ Fixed an issue with “Additional Labor Rates” not updating correctly on the "Invoice" tab per the rules of the selected Billing Rate
This will correctly get the rate from the “Additional Hourly Rate” that is set under the Billing Rate details card
o Note: If this card doesn’t load any numbers even when the Billing Rate has numbers for labor/devices, then follow these steps:
- Click on the editicon for that Billing Rate
- Click on “Save”
- Go back to the workorder and refresh that page
- Go to the “Invoice”tab and scroll to the bottom and click on “Generate”
